The Prairie Region of Photographic Arts (PRPA) is a regional association of amateur photographers in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, who have a wide variety of photographic interests and experience. There are two classes of membership in PRPA- being Individual and Club.
The Saskatoon Camera Club is a club member of PRPA and as a member of the Saskatoon Camera Club you are entitled to submit entries in the following PRPA competitions:
The Everest Club Digital Competition – 20 digital images from Saskatoon Camera Club members are selected to be submitted to represent the club in this club only competition in the Fall of each year. Entries due November 15th. More information.
The Hand of Man Digital Competition – This digital competition if open to individual PRPA members as well as any individual who is a member of the Saskatoon Camera Club. This competition is in the Fall of each year. Entries due November 15th. More information.
Gail Christiansen Artistic Expressions Digital Competition – This digital competition is open to individual PRPA members as well as any individual who is a member of the Saskatoon Camera Club. This competition is in the Fall of each year. Entries due November 15th. More information.
The Gerry Fish Club Print Competition – 10 printed images from Saskatoon Camera Club members are selected to be submitted to represent the club in this club only competition in spring of each year. Entries due April 1st to PRPA but the prints are collected a week or two earlier. More information.
