Exhibit: “Dreaming in Ukrainian”

Dreaming in Ukrainian

The opening reception to Dreaming in Ukrainian is Thursday October 16 at 7 pm. at The Ukrainian Museum of Canada Two fabulous photographers. One great exhibit. Photographers Karen Pidskalny and Andrea Kopylech will present the people, places, stories and dreams.  The exhibit of photos will run from October 16th to January 31st, 2015.

“The journey begins with two friends from Saskatoon who traveled together to Ukraine in September 2013. Linked by a common heritage and a shared passion for capturing the extraordinary in the ordinary, we discovered the beauty of the people, the places, and the stories. It is a story of friendship, culture, history, and love.

This is who we met.
This is where we were.
This is what we saw.
This is what captured our hearts.
These are the stories that keep us
…Dreaming in Ukrainian.”
