Summer Fun Plan

Walk trails from 10:00 – noon to find/ photograph Scavenger Hunt items.

• Scavenger Hunt is just for fun. Photos can be shared on SCC Facebook page after the event.
• Any photo taken on this day can be submitted in the Summer Fun Competition in the 2021 – 2022 club year.
• We will eat lunch, physically distanced, in area designated by BCCA Staff from noon til 1.
• Depart Beaver Creek shortly after 1.

• Wear appropriate footwear.

• COVID Details
• Only 40 vehicles allowed in Conservation Area at a time, but morning is less busy so we should be okay. Pre-registration is not required. Due to Covid they are not taking reservations for groups.
• The Conservation Area Gate opens at 10:00 a.m. We can be in the lineup at that time, but the gate does not open before 10.
• Beaver Creek Conservation Area requests visitors restrict their visit to 2 hours so other can visit. Which is why we are only on the trails from 10 til noon.
• Masks not required on trails. Physical distancing is requested.
• The Conservation Area requests we walk one way on trails, in a clockwise direction. Not all trails are wheelchair accessible.
• Washrooms are open and require masks.
• Free birdseed available.
